General Cleaner / Janitorial Staff

Job Description

M&M Odds & Ends LLC is seeking dependable and detail-oriented cleaning staff through a staffing agency. The cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation. This role is ideal for individuals who can work independently and take pride in maintaining clean, professional environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Vacuum carpets and rugs

- Mop and maintain hardwood, tile, or vinyl floors

- Wipe down and sanitize flat surfaces (e.g., desks, counters, tables)

- Replace trash can liners and dispose of trash

- Dust surfaces and clean glass/mirrors as needed

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors)

- Follow specific cleaning checklists and instructions provided for each site

- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tasks are completed before morning hours

Qualifications

- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional

- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from all locations

Additional Requirements
